Straight from the field!

During the harvest period, which generally runs from August 20th to September 15th, we offer you the chance to brew a Harvest beer (brewed with wet hops). It is a product of unrivaled quality since the cones are intact, with all their lupulin and essential oils. With our proximity, there is nothing fresher. It's the equivalent of going to the garden instead of the grocery store.

Quantity recommanded: 12 grams per liter, at flame out or later.

Coordination

We have the experience to supply wet hops since many years. Hops mature quickly and need to be harvested on time. We keep you posted on our observations in the field, then we decide of the harvest date according to your brew day. We are usually able to deliver on the day of harvest or the day after.
